The Jungfrau region offer hundreds kilometers of hiking trails in a unique landascape.
You could combine your walk with the local transportation as train or cable cars to help you to reach easily the top or to take a rest.
Have a look to the local map to decide which trail to choose according to your fit level and time availability.
Enjoy your Alpine walk and views ;-)
There is no reason that you shouldn't hike one of the numerous trails around Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. With difficulties for everyone's fitness level and many trains and trams to help along the way, if you need it, it is an activity that presents Switzerlands natural beauty in the most peaceful way. My favorite hike was the one starting from Lauterbrunnen's train station along towards Stechelberg. Before you arrive in the actual town, signs will point you towards the cable car that will take you to the base of Gimmelwald. Here you can chose one of three ways back down: return the way you just came, or head up towards Murren and hike down from there or use the train down. There are spectacular views along the hike from Gimmelwald to Murren, so I recommend that you do it if you can. But, be warned, this section is uphill, unlike the hike from Lauterbrunnen to Stechelberg.
We did a bit of hiking and saw some amazing scenery. This photo was taken somewhere up near Murren from memory...
If you have time I reccommend you do some travelling by foot...you can see so much more that way and it makes for a relaxing time...
