The Castle of Oberhofen is one of the nicest ones I've seen. Besides the castle it self, and again the great views of the Lake, there's a fantastic garden along the river bank, with great viewing points to the mountains.
The romantic tower of Oberhofen castle is, alone, worth a visit to this place.

A cruise on Thunersee is a must, while staying for some time in Interlaken, and Schloss Oberhofen is certainly one of the highlights of every cruise on Thunersee, because you will pass by it in a short distance from the lovely castle and its great surrounding park. When-ever you have enough time, just leave the ship and walk around at least the lovely garden around the Schloss Oberhofen, or visit the museum of great furniture inside the palace:
