Interlaken West Train station is closer to the center of town. The more exclusive Hotels are closer to Ost Interlaken Train station.

You can get most anywhere convienently in Interlaken by walking. If you have heavy baggage you can take the bus that meets you at the train station.

Take a train from anywhere through the mountains, but don't sleep on the way (unless it's night time), you'll miss all the incredible beauty.
Use your feet, scooters or taxis.
