During summer Gasthaus Zwirgi is open every day
in winter the restaurant is closed Monday & Tuesday.
I had Kaeseschnitte - it is one of my favorite dishes in Switzerland, and also quite cheap compared with other dishes:
A large piece of white bread will be soacked in white wine, some cheese put on top and then it will be backed untill the cheese melts.
Mine had onions and fried-egg as well.
Kaeseschnitte is 17 sfr / 12 Euros
0,5 liter Suessmost / Apfelschorle (applejuice) was 5,20 sfr / 3,80 Euro
