I highly recommend taking the excursion to the top of Mt. Pilatus. First taking a paddle-wheel boat then by cog train, you expirience a magnificent view of Lucerne 9,000 ft below and the snowcapped peaks in the distance. A memorable day trip.

Feed up your eyes with the stunning views of the mountain from different angles. It maybe from the Kulm terrace, from Esel peak or from Oberhaupt Peak. It's just wonderful!
