Zurich is home to the largest covered Christmas market in Europe. It takes place from the last week in November until christmas inside the Ville RailCity, which is a part of the main train station.

The Christmas market in the main railway station is the largest indoor one in Europe! It always features a huge Christmas tree decorated by Swarovski art. The stools are not only in the main hall but also downstairs in the underground shopping mall.
