on July 20, 2004La Mazot is a restaurant on a ski slope above Les Diablarets. The restaurant is also in the middle of a farming area and is surrounded by cows. The good part about this is that Les Mazots makes fresh cheese daily.
After almost a week in Switzerland I still had not had any fondue. This was chance because it is one of the specialities at La Mazot. And it was worth the wait. The fondue was delicious. The only problem was the other guy in the hat did not want the fondue and ordered something different. So I ended up with an entire pot of cheese fondue settling in my stomach. But it was really a great meal and experience.
The lady in the picture with us was our waitress, the hostess of the evening and one of the owners of La Mazot.
