Amazing. Great food. they speak 4 languages so you won't feel lost.
Favorite Dish: I liked the wallis steak with ham and cheese and tomato (served with rice or rosti) and meat a la zurich with mushrooms in a great sauce. Paolo took shrimps in sauce marie antoniette like the one I make at home but they did put inside also some apples which made the appetizer delicious.
I took a suppe. very good and warm.
sweet:apples in a vanilla sauce. they were delicious.

The Daubensee is an alpine lake along the Gemmipass. End of July there is a big sheep festival is held here. Unfortunately we were in Adelboden when this was taking place during our visit in 2008.
