Characteristic parts of the Crimean landscape are skeletons of buildings which did not completed even from the Soviet times. These constructions began 15-20 years ago. They had to be turn to sanatorias and rest houses. But the Soviet Union disintegration has not allowed making it.

Many buildings have passed from submission to departments and organizations which are in Moscow to submission to Kiev and Crimean departments. Money has not sufficed. Constructions have stopped. Now they wait for money or new owners. However fine sites of the Black Sea coast have appeared closed for visiting for long years.

    Why Russians are not Germans?
  • Tip Rating:
  • I often ask this question having appeared in clean and well-groomed Europe. I ask this question having appeared in any fine place in Russia (or Ukraine just the same), littered and dirtied by locals or tourists. The Nikitsky garden is just such a place.

It is possible to admire with relic pines and other plants here and there. But whence does the household dust undertake so much? Who does throw it here and there? Who does not remove it from here and there? Why Russians are not Germans?
