You’d better make it from Yalta by a fixed-route taxi N34, trolley buses N2 and N3. Boats from Yalta, but the road from a mooring up to the park is rather long and tiresome. There are two roads - old (Lower) and new (Upper).
Nikitski Botanical Garden is situated about 7 km. from the Yalta Sea Port (20-30 minutes by coach). Visiting of the Gardens should to be done on foot also.
We arrived to the garden by a minibus which we rented together with the driver for all time of our visiting of Yalta. It has appeared very convenient. Thanks to the driver Dima we had time to see during one day so many sights that is usually possible to see for two or even three days. So in the day of visiting of the Nikitsky garden we have already visited Massandra and Livadia Palaces. And the excursion to wine cellars was waiting for us in the evening.
This pleasure (rent of transport) is not so cheap. But for five person (we had a rest five together) it was normal.
