To the heart of the city a big building shelters a vast complex commercial that doesn't have anything to envy to those of Europe of the west.
To the first level, a Spar supermarket proposes food products and drinks, and one also finds boutiques of flowers, photo, perfumes, jewelries, domestic articles, disks,. To the floor, a vast store of electrical, and of the boutiques of clothes, disks, jewelries, shoes, data processing...
What to buy: Under the soviet regime of before 1991, all Ukrainian citizens had to make pass the needs of the State before those of their own family. The Communist organizations had to occupy the family's place in the life of people. If the Ukrainians never adopted completely the Communist thought fashion, the Ukrainian society is nevertheless again getting over the soviet domination
Family's life also suffers from the lack of lodgings. When Ukraine was part of the soviet union again, most lodgings belonged to the State, that was also in charge of their interview. The rents were inexpensive. Now, nor the State nor the workers don't have the necessary money to maintain the lodgings. The houses and the buildings are old and have need of renovations.
Although the system is reconsidered currently, it is going to be necessary numerous years so that the Ukrainians can get decent lodgings to an affordable price. While waiting, the families have the tendency to live heaped one on the other already in houses and apartments too small for a family.
In spite of these conditions of life, the Ukrainians like to receive some friends a lot at home. The cities are endowed otherwise with magnificent public parks where friends and families like to meet and to entertain themselves.
What to pay: The prices are very attractive for an European of the west, and the products are more luxurious and better finish that to the bazaar. It is an ideal place so that a stranger makes his purchases, because the reference marks are the same (displayed price, free service, etc...). hollowing, it is less attractive, financially, that the black market, and less exotic.

The circulation on the roads and in the streets in Ukraine is not easy because of the state of the pavement.
