on October 5, 2002friendly staff (barmen were just unique:)> 2 guys with art education, you have a chance to talk to them if they still work there... French music, nice cocktails, prices are ok...and french-style decorations. The most wonderful thing here are barmen :)))
When we hitch-hiked from Kiev to Chernigiv we were totalle wet, because of north-Ukrainian severe rain...and I must admit even wet and tired we felt ok in this place...guess they do not have any dress code and it doesn't concern you at all since you are hitch-hiker...:)))
