In the main I have found the Ukrainians to be a generous and honest people. However, every profession, race, creed or country still has it's villains. My warning is to take care of your wallet or purse especially on the trolley buses and especially when they are full (standing room only). Packed in like sardines even my Ukrainian wife had her purse stolen from inside her zipped handbag. My brother-in-law also lost his wallet in a seperate but similat incident. This is no reflection on Dnepr or the Ukraine. This is no different to any other country or busy city. Just take care.
