    What I want to see in all Ukrainian cities are the markets. They are lively, colourful and offer incredible quantities of excellent food, produced without hormons, pesticides and with minimal to none input of artificial fertilizers. I am sure you will miss these great fruits and vegetables when you are back home to the tasteless EU-tomatoes which have to resist undamaged a collision with a solid wall with a speed of 20 km/h (try that with your car) but there are no rules about the taste... - or the apples produced over innumerable hectares in the valleys of Adige/Etsch and Isarco/Eisack which look like fresh from the tree through two years but I never noticed any taste reminding me of an apple...
