As you walk down St.Andrew's Descent, you will see this beautiful ethnic restaurant at 34 St.Andrew's Descent.
You will recognize it by a nice little bronze statue of Eros at the entrance.
The restaurant is called Za Dvoma Zaytsyamy in Ukrainian.
The menu includes Ukrainian, Russian and European dishes.
    There are three halls:
    Refreshments,
    Hunter's,
    Merchant's .
The restaurant is decorated in the style of the beginning of the 20th century, after the famous comedy named In Pursuit of Two Hares that was beloved by thousands of people and is still among favorite comedies of many people. This comedy was filmed and the movie has been famous for dozens of years.
You will enjoy the quiet and cozy atmosphere there.
There are affable waiters and waitresses and reasonable prices. You can also listen to live music and see different shows in the evening, especially on weekends.
After you have dined at this wonderful high-end restaurant, you can walk up the street and see the bronze monument to the heroes of the famous comedy: Pronia and Svirid.

Favorite Dish: Everything Ukrainian such as varenyky, etc.

Chasing Two Hares ' Çà äâóìÿ çàéöàìè ' is named after a famous Kyiv film for m 1961 you can read about on http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055635/

Based on a Ukrainian proverb that if you chase 2 hares you will catch neither , the film's turn of 1900s setting is the inspiration for the plush and eclectic decor

Possibly the finest restaurant in Kyiv

Favorite Dish: I had okroshka, a chilled Russian soup, followed by casseroled rabbit. Beers, wine , vodka and desert for a price you will not believe.

    Great service and ambience
