Amber is called a café bar. We went there to have dinner and enjoyed their company dish: Amber salad: inexpensive, delicious and nice.
    The ambience was good too.

Favorite thing: The coat-of-arms represents a French shield divided horizontally into two parts : sky blue and yellow (the colors of our national flag).
The shield represents a golden scoop with silver metal pouring into the golden support.
You can see two crossed pokers behind the shield and the date written on the ribbon with the colors of the Ukrainian national flag: 1896The inscription over the shield is in Russian: Alchevsk
