There are buses to Luhansk departing from Borissov Street (market area) every area starting with 6 a.m.
The bus number is 301.
Buses from Luhansk to Kirovsk start at 9 a.m. (from Youth Block) and at 10 a.m. from the central stadium area in Oboronnaya Street.
The buses to Kirovsk run on about an hour frequency until 6 p.m.
The bus fare is about 25 UAH and the bus ride lasts for a bit more than an hour.
This sign at the crossing of the motorway and a village road says, 58 km to Luhansk. This crossing is 12 km from Market Square in Kirovsk, so the total distance to Luhansk is about 70 km.
We enjoyed the views on both sides of the Bakhmutka - the old Cossacks' road on the old border of the Russian Empire.
The road is somewhat elevated and there are wonderful views on the left of the road.
You can see a lot of sunflower flieds on both sides of the road.
The city railway station is called Golubivka in honor of the city founder Peter Golub who was among the first settlers of the area.

The train from Luhansk (#606) arrives here at 10.15 p.m. being about five hours on its way (long detour)…
You can take a bus to Luhansk or other cities and towns of Luhansk region.
Market Square has become the place of their departure to substitute the bus terminal that no longer functions. The new bus terminal is under construction now.
The bus fare is no more that $5 wherever you go in Luhansk region.
