This cafe is located to the right after you enter the hotel building.
The cafe has a terrace outside and an AC hall inside.
We had a hot sandwich and "Katerina" cocktail.
The cocktail was stronger than I had imagined, but I got home safely.
They have a big menu of dishes and drinks.

I thought the portion would be moderate, but was wrong...

Rossa means Dew in English.
We had dinner at this cafe when we visited the city last. It impressed me as a nice place with good food and service.
The only drawback was (like anywhere else with us) very loud music.
After some guests have had enough vodka, they started dancing. That's when I felt I was in a nightclub somewhere in Luhansk.
