This place behind the Heroes Obelisk is known for its so to say flee market where they sell lots of local crafts: wood cutting, dolls, ceramics, etc.
The prices are quite reasonable and you can trade there.
There are also pictures by local artists and what not.

Now there's a new shop in Oboronnaya Street opposite Vanguard central stadium.
You can find lots of flowers there...They say they are brought from Ecuador. That is why they have the flag of that country on the window.

This new department store in Titov Street offers lots of things : from local crafts to electronics and household appliances.
It held an advertising show called The First Body-Art Festival that attracted lots of young people in December.
Twelve body-art painters painted twelve girls within three hourse. The girls had the name of months and the spectators could vote for the body art masterpieces by calling the given mobile phone numbers...
The store has so many goods, I wonder if they ever sell them out...
My family decided to buy a new refrigerator in that store and it was a good deal!

This small street has long been called like that, too.
