It offers lots of departments, services, a big supermarket and what not.
It is advertized as the biggest store in Luhansk region with its 12,000 square meters of trading area.
It is visited by thousands of people who think it's a must to go there while in Luhansk.

This is how our local arts store is called. It belongs to the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
The “Arts Saloon” is located on the ground floor of a four-storey apartment house at 16 Vladimir Shevchenko Street across the street from the Russian Drama Theater. You will recognize the store by its white wooden door.
Many local painters present their works here: miniature sculptures, canvases, embroidery, etc. Only members of the Ukrainian Artists’ Union can display their works here according to the rules. The works belong to different genres.
They can also accept your orders of creating this or that work of art: a portrait, a miniature sculpture, etc.

This store amounts to the closest thing you will find in Luhansk to a US supermarket. If you are non-Ukrainian speaking, you can shop for your food and drink here without a problem. Take small hryvnia with you too.
All things like eggs and bacon to vodkas and beer, its a nice shop but realy pricey on the local economy.

This new shop in the East End ohhers you several sorts of white and red wine that you can taste before buying.
There are several tables where you can make your decision.
You can even have the shop assistant mix some sorts of wine for you like my American friends did.

It is located just opposite the Foreign Languages Lyceum and Intensive English School #30 40 Saint-Etienne Street, in the building with the sculpture of an archer at the entrance.
The shop offers a lot of works by local artists: canvases, embroidered shirts, blouses and towels, miniature souvenirs, etc. The prices are quite reasonable and you can get a value certificate stating that you are not taking out of Ukraine an object of historical and cultural value (nothing ancient).
The pictures on sale at our Artists’ Gallery are very impressive. They belong to different genres and cost from $50 to $500. They were created mainly by local artists. Many of the pictures represent city scapes and landscapes of Luhansk regon.
My American friend likes this one and wants to buy it when he comes to Luhansk next time.

This store called here "hypermart" is located on the western outskirts of Luhansk and offers the registered customers lots of different goods, both for the office and for everyday use.
To become a registered customer, you have to be a company or a private entrepreneur.
This Cash & Carry store is huge by our standards and the prices are a bit lower than those in the city stores.
There's a cafe called Bamboo on the second floor where you can sit and relax after the shopping rush.
