This is how our local arts store is called. It belongs to the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
The “Arts Saloon” is located on the ground floor of a four-storey apartment house at 16 Vladimir Shevchenko Street across the street from the Russian Drama Theater. You will recognize the store by its white wooden door.
What to buy: Many local painters present their works here: miniature sculptures, canvases, embroidery, etc. Only members of the Ukrainian Artists’ Union can display their works here according to the rules. The works belong to different genres.
They can also accept your orders of creating this or that work of art: a portrait, a miniature sculpture, etc.

This store amounts to the closest thing you will find in Luhansk to a US supermarket. If you are non-Ukrainian speaking, you can shop for your food and drink here without a problem. Take small hryvnia with you too.
What to buy: All things like eggs and bacon to vodkas and beer, its a nice shop but realy pricey on the local economy.
What to pay: 50-100 UAH, it depends
