Favorite thing: http://www.lutugino.in.ua/forum/ This is Lutugino web site. Right now only forum is working on it. It is built by a volunteer, and needs some investments to continue to exist. When this site is in working condition, it has plenty of information about Lutugino, including phone numbers of important administrative structures and services.

Favorite thing: Lutugino has one big artificial lake, they call it rather sea, where fishing, camping and boating can be done. It is about two miles away from the town, has many summer houses on one side. Also there is a small pond right next to the town.
Second artificial lake is located a bit farther, West form Lutugino, next to the neighboring village Uspenka.
This lake is surrounded by plenty of forest, a natural preserve area. In season there is hunting allowed in those woods: deer, wild pigs, and other small game. Lutugino is surrounded by steps, small woods patches here and there. In the woods one can hunt for mushrooms, local delicatessen. On the hills people can fly delta-planes.
Lutugino has a hotel for the quests.
Fondest memory: Lutugino is very quiet and beautiful during summer. Its streets have flower beds everywhere, parks are green and shady. Central park has a cozy ice cream place. Local market supplies fresh produce.
