You can drive past all the village of Makarov and then turn left directly to Grival Leisure Center located in May Day Street on the outskirts of the village and spend the entire day there or even stay overnight at the hotel there.
There is a nice pond and a restaurant at the shore.

There is a direct bus to Makarov.
It is Route 299.It departs from the East End, 50 Years of October Block, Luhansk.
The bus fare is less than $1.
The bus will take you there in about 40 minutes.
Ride past Stanitsa, Makarov and get off right at the border of Makarov (near the village end sign).
Ask the bus driver to stop at Grival just in case.
Then turn left and cross the road.
You will have to walk along Karl marx Street about a mile before you reach the tourist camp.

It's very rare that a village should have a supermarket here.
Makarov is an exception.
The store is called Yermak after the Russian Cossack Yermak, the explorer of Siberia.
It is located right opposite the market at what is the village bus stop.
