There are buses to Rubizhne/Kreminne and back to Luhansk almost every hour.
It takes about 2.5 hours to get there from Luhansk.
There are minibuses and sometimes big 30 or 40-seats coaches.
The ticket price is just 22 UAH (around $5).
You can also take a Syeverodonetsk bus to the end stop and then another bus or a cab to Rubizhne (about 10 miles).

Quite a lot of people in the city ride "Urals" motorbike and other kinds of motorbikes.
That vehicle is well suited for the roads, especially if it's "Urals" with two seats that can also be used as a small truck...

Buses 101, 108, 109 and 115 are the most popular routes.
The bus fare is 1 UAH.
They all depart according to the time table.
But, of course, to save our time, you can always hire one of the numerous cabs waiting for customers almost at every bus stop. The cab fare is about $3-$4 around the city.
