There are buses to Rubizhne/Kreminne and back to Luhansk that run on about an hour frequency.
It takes about 2.5 hours to get there from Luhansk.
There are minibuses and sometimes big 30 or 40-seats coaches.
The ticket price is around 30 UAH (around $3.5).
You can also take a Syeverodonetsk bus to the end stop and then another bus or a cab to Rubizhne (about 10 miles).
