    The coat-of-arms of Stanitsa Luganskaya District has many symbols.
    The leftt half of the shield, the blue one, symbolizes peace and blessings of the Lord.
    The right half of the shield is red, which symbolizes the international composition of the stanitsa’s population.
    You can see two crossed Don Cossacks’ sabers symbolizing strength and a Cossack’s mayor’s staff that is a symbol of order. The ribbon represents the unity of strength and order and connects the staff and the sabers.
    You can also see white waves on both halves. They symbolize rivers, lakes, ponds and springs of the district.
    The shield is adorned by wheatears and oak leaves showing the agricultural character of the district economy and the natural wealth of the district – it forests.
    The inscription on the blue ribbon under the shield runs, “Stanitsa Luganskaya District” in Russian.
