by hunterV Updated Jul 20, 2014

    4.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Lots of locals get pure water from this well located on the outskirts of the stanitsa in Kondrashevskaya.
The next picture shows an old lady - a babushka - who is famous for her pickles all over the stanitsa. She pickles lots of mushrooms and other vegetables herself.
We decided to stop on our way and to buy some jars of mushroom pickles that turn out to be very tasty!
A half liter jar cost 10 UAH ($2)!

The locals have outings to the Seversky Donets and to Prince Igor monument.
The banks of the river are especially picturesque, although bathing there is at your own risk and is officially forbidden due to the high concentration of harmful substances in water.
