Driving along the streets of Starobilsk you might be tempted to ask yourself or your local friends when the roads is going to begin.
Well, it began somewhere on the city outskirts, but our traditional curruption prevented the road from genuine construction and turned it into another imitation road or merely a direction.
That’s what our drivers call our roads: merely directions.
But don’t let that deter you.
Driving along the local roads in rainy weather would leave no chance to your car, whether it is a VW or a BMW. Any car would turn into SM (scrape metal) here since you don’t know the local roads and their decent pot-holes...
If it rains, forget that you own a car - take a bus or a grab a cab. At least the local drivers know every porthole by heart...
