In Christmas Eve we searched for restaurant in which we would celebrate Christmas night. We noticed the Italian restaurant near to our hotel. It had a very European appearance and we decided to order there a little table for the evening.
Yalta is considered the most expensive Crimean resort. But prices are cheaper there than in Moscow. Therefore we expected to see rather expensive menu but comprehensible for the Christmas evening. However prices have surpassed our expectations! They exceeded Moscow prices! We have taken leave politely and have gone to choose another restaurant.

The name of the restaurant is in honor the Mountain which is situated near to Yalta. This is the best restaurant in "Yalta-Intourist" Hotel. It is located on the last 17-th floor of the building. Great panorama on Yalta and the Black Sea opens from its balcony. The name of the restaurant is in honor of the mountain which is located near Yalta. Its food is rather simple but deliciose. We had specific for that evening dishes: "Kutja" and "Blini".
We celebrated Orthodox Christmas in this restaurant. There was a performance and a concert. We were dancing, singing songs etc... We had a very pleasant night for very reasonable price. It cost us about 700 grivnas ($140) for 5 persons ($28 each).

There are several restaurants in the largest hotel of the Crimea "Yalta Intourist". For our first supper in the day of arrival we chose the restaurant on the ground floor.
We liked it and use one more time later. Quite deliciose at reasonable prise. A supper for 5 persons with a bottle of Crimean Muscat cost us about 300 grivnas ($60).
But I can't explain the name of the restaurant.
