    The food is very so-so, but the place features probably the best billiard tables in town. The doors close at 12am, so expect to be kicked out soon thereafter.

    In a city of non-spektacular buildings, suddenly an oasis: a Lviv-style cafe. At least on the outside. Tried to eat there once. When we entered the place in early afternoon, only one table was occupied, but a few good ones had a "reserved" sign on them. We told the hostess that we would leave much earlier than the evening times those tables had been booked for (although I doubt they had been - this is just a local custom to put the "resevered" sign on empty tables in expectation of gratuities for taking them away). She refused, and we left. Will never set foot there again.
