    Hanging Gate Inn: British Food?

by Kettleman Written Aug 8, 2005

    1.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

The Hanging Gate Inn is just outsiode Belper at Shottle Gate.

We went on a Friday evening with friends that live locally and it wasn't too packed.

    Getting a table was straightforward..

Favorite Dish: The pub advertises itself as British food... in the end we had steak or a mixed grill.

Perfectly cooked and washed down with a few pints of Bass beer.
