Nice Indian restaraunt with a good reputation in a converted barn on the outskirts of Burnley.
There are partitioned tables around the outside of the main room, making for a cosy table arrangement.
Favorite Dish: All the usual indian fayre.
Good selection of vegetarian dishes.

This place is something else!
Who would suppose that such an unasuming small shop front could be the home for one of the best pizza takwaysin the UK?
Their pizzas are historic. Deep filled with as much veg and cheese as they can manage. We usually share one between two because they are very, very filling.
Their garlic bread is the same pizza base with garlic pasted on thick - don't go for one of these unless you really like garlic. I've never had a more garlicy bread than Enzo's (and I've had a few!).
Favorite Dish: We are vegi, so natuarlly enough go for their Vegitarian Pizza and garlic bread.
Don't go for the optional chillies, because they will blow your head off. Your mouth wll be on fire and you won't be able to tell what you are eating!
They also do some pasta dishes, but we have never tried these.

When we first moved to Burnley this pub (which is our local) was very average. It has now been bought out from bass by Vintage Inns and is very much above average.
The new owners have given it a complete makeover, but it is probably more like the historical hostelry that it once was than before they started. They really have made a first class job of it: stripped it back to original features, open fires, antique furniture and genuine artefacts all go to create a homely and traditional feel.
They serve traditional ales and the service is good - they won the best service in the chain award.
The food is good too!
Favorite Dish: The menu changes seasonally. What they do, they do well. For a snack try their very generously portioned cheese sandwhich and chips.
The chain specialises in doing traditional English food to a high standard.
Vegetarian options are always available.
