Eccles is reasonably served with buses to local destinations.
There are three ways to get into Manchester - there's the bus, the tram, and the train.
The bus will take you over half an hour, the tram will take the same, although they both run frequently from the Interchange into the Manchester.
Best way to get into town is by train - although there's only one an hour.
Trains leave from Patricroft and Eccles train stations hourly, taking a mere 10 minutes to arrive in Manchester Victoria.
