    Bodmin Market: Twice Monthly

by grayfo Written Aug 12, 2011

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

This traditional street market features local farm produce, fruit and vegetables and meat, as well as clothes, hardware and a wealth of other goods, some of which is offered by stallholders who also retail out of stores on Bodmin's high street.

We actually visited on July 22, which was the first time this reinstated market had run for over 20 years.

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month

    Admission: Free

    July 2011

What to buy: Fruit & Veg; Meat & Poultry; Groceries; Clothing; Footwear; Giftware; Books; Soft Furnishings; Toys & Games; DVDs & Music; Confectionery; plus lots more...

    Malcolm Barnecott: Pasties again

    by ranger49 Written Oct 7, 2008

Here we found the impressive, smart Bodmin Branch of the delectable Pasty shop we had been to in Wadebridge.

We were too late for pasties and had even sold out of bread!

Seems you need to go early to sample the pasties.
