Wetherspoon's pub, so as far as beer and food are concerned it is the same as all the others! Good place to start on a pub crawl
Nicely converted with a good seating area upstairs
Family friendly-separate family eating area
Large bar area downstairs with space, loads of seating and a small seating area outside.
Cheap beer, good guest ales, wine selection not bad either.
Popular with young and old, a real cross- section
Menu is limited but good value and "honest fare", kids' menu, service quick and friendly
It is difficult to eat cheaply in Falmouth as a family without resorting to fast food or pasties - this is a good option
Dress Code: Casual - no rule, but beachwear not recommended, you won't fit in

Nightlife in Falmouth revolves around pubs.
The Watermans used to be a Chinese restaurant, if has a nice outside decked area where you can drink and watch the world go by. It is just off the main street so not too badly affected by traffic
Live music most nights and bar food. Very popular with the younger set, sailors and the surfers. It is almost exactly halfway through the town, so partying people tend to meet there whether they started at the west end of town or the east!
Dress Code: Casual - but you will be expected to wear something!
