Bushy Tail: Staying Healthy While in the UK

by JamalMorelli

I love Bushy Tail. This is where I stock up on herbal remedies, cleansers, etc... before returning to Morocco - and God knows that it's kept me feeling fit, clean, and filled a need to keep the scent of my office and home (in Fes) both interesting and energizing. They produce an extensive range of the finest herbal medicines, natural skin care, and aromatherapy products. All the products are made by hand using 100% pure and natural ingredients. They source their herbs from certified organic growers in the UK and Europe. They never use chemical preservatives, petroleum products, cheap fillers or anything else, which may cause harm to you and your family.Based in the English Lake District, they work from an old mill, nestling amongst wooded hills. The river that once powered the wood turning machinery now provides hydro-electricity for the site.To complement their herbal products, they stock...

Go to Carlisle!

by VickiJ

If you are visiting West Cumbria and want to do some shopping Carlisle is probably your best bet. It has all the high street stores such as Debenhams, Next, House of Fraser. It is a short distance from Keswick and about an hours drive from Whitehaven. The main shopping area is pedestrainised with car parks within easy walking distance which is great as you don't have to cart your bags round with you all day! There are plenty of resturants and bars for those who have had enough of shopping too.You could even make a night of it as there are plenty of places to stop and the nightlife is meant to be lively - (i haven't been for a nightout yet, but going to the Races in July so will let you know then!)
