    The Pudding Club

by vichatherly Updated Apr 27, 2010

After a modest main meal you are invited to get down to the real business of the night and that is to keep the Great British Pudding alive!

If you can manage it they serve you SEVEN different puddings...with custard of course. Each pudding is brought into the room with a round of applause and is rightly celebrated.

Puddings I had on the night:
    Passion Fruit Charlotte
    Jam Roly Poly
    Rhubarb Crumble
    Ginger Syrup Sponge
    Sticky Toffee & Date Pudding
    Squidgy Chocolate & Nut Pudding
    Apple & Apricot Layer

...the list goes on and on

All you have to do to stop the puddings coming is say "I'm full" and then you vote for your pudding of the night.

You can even stay in a pudding themed room.

    Pudding Themed Rooms:
    The Syrup Sponge Room
    The Chocolate Room
The Spotted Dick and Custard Room
    Lord Randalls Bed Chamber
    The Oriental Ginger Room
    The Summer Pudding Room
The Sticky Toffee and Date Room

    All good fun.

    Mickleton Football Club

    by DUNK67 Written Sep 24, 2004

Although Mickleton isn`t too far from Evesham I have only ever been there a handfull of times and that is to play football.

Although the pitch is nice and flat, which is unusual for the Evesham Sunday League it did have one thing wrong with it, there is a power cable running straight across it.

Equipment: The kit is normally supplied by your team but you do need to take your boots and shin pads.
