Tiger Tiger has opened since I moved away from Croydon, but I've visited a couple of times and it appears to be the new place to go out to, especially at weekends.
Basically a bar with a restaurant section in the back, Tiger Tiger does good deals on food during the day, and in the evenings becomes a bar-cum-nightclub catering for a mixed-age clientele.

One of the main nightclubs in Croydon, I used to go here when I was about 18/19 and that is the average age of the clientele. At that age it was a good laugh; a nice place with three dance areas upstairs with garage, drum n bass and pop/RnB music, and a chill-out area downstairs with sofas, a bar and good arcade games.
I went back when I was around 21 and found it already a bit young; whether it was me or the club that had changed is hard to tell. It's probably one of the better dance spots Croydon has to offer but if you're over 21, or are looking for a really good night out, it might be worth heading up to central London.
