  • rent a car from Heathrow and drive to the east side of England's north coast. Visit the town of York, eat vegies at the markets in Thirsk- Robin hood's bay, etc.

  • some of the most amazing things are things people had no idea were there. the best is some of the small towns around the countryside, and just outside of london. waltham abbey is one of these, i highly recommend it. its abbey (church) is hundreds of years old with a quaint old church cemetary, known for being the final resting place of King Harold, who was king of england in 1066, who was defeated at the battle of hastings. if you can, definitely take a trip to the country, you wont believe what youre missing out on!

  • take the underground if you are in a hurry.buy a Travelers card to save money on the tube/bus/train. they are available at the London transport center in the forecourt of victoria station.Get out and explore neighborhoods,go to the country.
