Korean Food is one of the best cuisines to come out of the East into the london scene and is gaining ground very quickly in London. This restaurant has clean lines, excellent service and delicious food.
Favorite Dish: Kimchi - cabbage with picked sweet chilli is a must try
Try the Chiggae or the Korean rice noodles.
The staff can offer great advice on choosing a dish.
Popular with Korean students this diner style restaurant in amidst the Cantonese restaurants of Soho is a good choice for fast cheap lunch, or even just somewhere to hang out over a green tea or two. It's kind of funky with cheesy but likeable Korean pop music in the background.
Service is fast, don't expect much smiling or small talking. The main dishes are around 7 pounds, but the lunch menu, 12 to 5pm dishes are 5.50 which is quite ok for this area.
Unfortunately there's a 10 percent service charge.
Favorite Dish: Food comes out at lightening speed. The barbecue dishes are nice, the quality of the chicken is better than pork. Lunch dishes come served with kimchi and rice at no extra charge.
I'd say that this place is best for lunch than an evening meal. Or just to hang out over a light soup and green tea in the early evening.
