Four Seasons: mixed reactions
Theis restaurant is air conditioned, fully licensed and situated in Queensway, a hub of activity.
Finding a table can be frustrating, maybe having to wait for well over an hour, and then sharing with strangers. It is very busy, but whether because it is popular, or just convenient , I dare not say. As a result the service can be very slow. Regular customers seem to get preferntial treatment.
Favorite Dish: The roast duck was recommended as the best in London. It seems to depend very much on luck, but nowadays there are more complaints than praises among my friends. Those who eat pork say the same.
Four Seasons: London's best roast duck
Four Seasons, a Cantonese restaurant, is widely believed to serve London's best roast duck. There is frequently a queue of people waiting to take away the roast duck - usually a perfect blend of succulent meat, crispy and slightly fatty skin, and savoury soy-based sauce. Ask for it to be served de-boned. The rest of the food on offer is alright and can be described as home-cooked Cantonese favourites. The original restaurant is in Queensway, while a new branch has recently opened in Chinatown. No reservations are needed, but the Queensway branch can get very busy at weekends.
Favorite Dish: Roast duck (yum!).

Four Seasons: best rosat duck in town
The local Chinese comes to eat here... and the tourist Chinese also flocks here.... this is good old days when SEAsian student with their visiting parents come here for their favourite roast meat.... best is the crispy duck and also their bean sprout.
Four Seasons: IMHO The Best Duck...well anywhere!
One look at the restaurant would not give you a hint as to how good the food is here (see section 5 below). It looks typically like any other Chinese restaurant and doesn't not have any special that makes it stand out...apart from the fact that it's always busy with people waiting for a table. What they're all waiting for is...THE DUCK!

Favorite Dish: The roast duck.
This place is famous for its roast duck!! I've never been keen on roast duck, but that was until I moved over to London from little Perth. Now, I don't particularly think the Chinese food in London is that great. I think some of the Chinese restaurants in my real home town of Perth is better, but...I digress.
I fell in love with the duck the first time I had it. I had heard previous rumours that the duck here was to die for and that people from faraway places like Singapore had travelled across the world to taste its delight. I scoffed at suggestions that people could talk about something like roast duck like that. But one taste of the the duck and I was hooked! It is pure heaven. The duck just melts in your mouth and the sauce just perfectly complements the duck!
There are other nice Chinese Restaurants in the same street, but Four Seasons is the one that I dream of. If only duck wasn't so unhealthy, otherwise I would have it at least once a week!
Four Seasons: The best roast duck anywhere
This infamous Chinese restaurant in Bayswater has one dish that draws the crowds in - the ROAST DUCK.
Service can charitably be described as "efficient" in the best Hong Kong traditions.
Favorite Dish: This is probably the best roast duck you can find anywhere. Many overseas travellers will pack several birds to take home - don't worry the staff have plenty of experience in packing the duck properly.

Four Seasons Restuarant: Best Roast Duck in London
If you turn up during peak dinning hours you'll have to queue, but believe me, if you like duck then it's worth the wait.
Favorite Dish: Famous for their roast duck Cantonese style, which never dissapoints. The Chinese are the best when dealing with duck delicacy.

One of the best roast duck in London. It is a busy restaurant especially during peak hours. The service is ok. Service charge will be added to your bill. When I was there, me and my parents have to fill the rice into our bowl ourselves. At the table next to us with 3 young beautiful ladies, and they get exceptional service with waiter filling rice, soup, vege on their individual plate.... ahhem... ladies :))
Favorite Dish: Roast duck with rice.
