Neal Streat Restaurant: Jet lag dinner!
Neal Street Restaurant was where we had our first dinner out in London, while we were still suffering from extreme jet lag.
It was only a block or two from our Covent Garden Hotel, as were most of the places we had dinner while in London.
I can't remember exactly what I had for dinner, but I remember being impressed with the food and the service.
Favorite Dish: Since I can't remember exactly what I had, I went on line and in a sample menu they listed this dish, which sounds like something I might have ordered:
Fritto musto pesce (prawn, squid, white bait and scallop tempura). Makes me hungry!
A review said Neal Street is "simple and underpinned by high quality ingredients."
The restaurant is open 12:30-2:30 p.m. and 6-11 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
