There were 3 of us - we shared 2 packs of salmon and prawn with rocket salad wraps and 2 slices of 2 different cakes plus 3 cappucinos (which were actually rather small - maybe half the size of a normal cup) for £1.90 each - altogether came to a total of £20.10.

All we chose were actually delicious but the point is being rather expensive especially if putting it into Australian dollars where my relatives were just visiting the UK from made it an amazing price - the exchange rate at the moment is £1 = $2.04AUD - but was for a long time when I first got here $2.80AUD to the £1.

But considering the main galleries are free admission with entrance charge only for visiting exhibitions the cafe price is a good quality service and a good way to obtain user pay funds to the museum.
