Madame Tussauds and Planetarium, London
Go and have your picture taken with a famous person, except that they are wax. The museum has lots of up to date famous figures as well as historical ones in various rooms, they also have a great ride inside showing you the history of London. OK it was cheesy but fun :-)
The pic was a postcard as none of my pics were any good :-( *pout*
Meet famous (but fake) people at Madame Tussaud's wax museum!
This famous wax museum is a unique attraction for people of any age. With models of hundreds of celebrities such as The Beatles (left), the Spice Girls, Marilyn Monroe, Sean Connery and also historic figures and sporting heroes, this museum is well worth a visit!
Madame Tussauds Waxworks museum.
Madame Tussaud's in London is one of the UK's most popular attractions. Celebrities along with leading political figures of the past and present rub shoulders with rock stars and religious leaders in this unique attraction. This is the most famous waxwork museum in the world with its renowned 'chamber of horrors'.
The original Madame Tussauds of 200 years. Wax sculptures of the rich famous and infamous! Incredibly lifelike, themes as you go aroud. If you have been to other Tussauds in Amsterdam or the USA, then you should see this one too.
The wax figures are incredibly realistic, and it's cool to be able to take your picture with Brad Pitt, The Beatles, and Mel Gibson (just to name a few of my favorites). It may be incredibly touristy, but I thought it was just really fun.
If you go in London you don't have to miss the Madame Tussaud's wax museum. That's is just amazing. You can see all the Holywood or others stars from the world in that museum. Also all public person (like the Queen, Fidel Castro, etc...) They seems all real.
Madam Tussauds in Baker Street. It's a good half day out. Although they don't allow any video taping inside, they do encourage tourist to take photos. So you can be photographed with your arm around you favourite celebrity.
No visit to London would be complete untill you have visited this place. Lots of fun await you and many famous people to meet.
The later you go there, the cheapest the ticket is. It is really expensive, but it's worth it. You will also have to wait about 60-70 min in the queue to get in. So be patient!
Good fun and relax to visit here. Just do something funny in life. Who knows I may have chance to dance with Beyonce' in real. But let me dance with wax first. hahahaha....
I haven't been to Madame Tussaud's, though I've seen the planetarium.
The show was cheesy, it was a waste of time.
This is a waxwork of Jean Paul Gautier, the French fashion designer. He looks like quite a character, so I decided to take a photo of him.
If you want to see the rich and famous you can find them here, ofcourse not the real ones but it gives you a good idea how they look in real life.
Another museum not to be missed,is MADAME TOUSSAUD'S WAX MUSEUM,are Great, and all the figures looks very real!!
You can see here, Me and MARILYN MONROE!!!
Madame Tussaud is a waxwork exhibition museum. You will find models of well known sports personalities, musicians and film stars. On this picture you can see the Royal Family.
