There isn't much to do in Piccadilly Circus unless you're headed to the theatre. The main attraction is the corner of Times Square-ish neon advertisements.

Besides being a favorite meeting place for Londoners and foreign visitors alike, Piccadilly Circus is the common axis of several lanes, and serves as well as the Times Square of London.

This is a pretty well-known area of London (probably because of its funny name) that has some interesting shopping and eating joints.

Okay, there is this nice Eros statue, hundreds of people and as many pigeons, and traffic jams all day long,...some might wonder why this place is so famous. So judge yourself.

At Piccadilly Circus you find the statue of Eros made my Alfred Gilberts. In this area you will find a lot of shopping centers, cinemas, nightclubs, restaurants, pubs and theaters.
