    Building on the Thames

I have no idea what building this is, but I do know it is located alongside the River Thames across a bridge.

Night scenes along River Thames is beautiful. Have a walk along the river, or take a cruise to see River Thames at nightfall.

    River Thames

The banks of the River Thames are a great place to wander (if your in to walking as I am). Sometimes I would vision Sherlock Holmes or Jack the Ripper roaming the streets with me!

From the Victoria Tower Gardens you also have a great view on the river Thames.

As you can see on the picture, you can see Westminster Bridge, behind it the London Aquarium and the London Eye.

A lovely activity is to walk along the Thames either by night or day, you can cross over the millenium bridge (for pedestrians only) It is pretty at night as many of the buildings are lit up.

    River Thames from London Eye.

The buildings along the river Thames are lit at dark. It is worth having a stroll along the bank of the river or get a flight on the London eye to enjoy the night scene.

Get a river boat from Westminster down to Tower bridge or Greeenwich. It's not that expensive and you'll get a running commentary as you cruise along the river.

Follow the river and you will see a lot of interesting things. The riverwalk will lead you to the Tower Bridge at least.
