Favorite thing: Visit Old Trafford - Home of Manchester United.
A vast 67000 seat Stadium, complete with themed shops, restaurants and a must see Museum charting the History of United. Take the Metro form the City Centre, Direction Altrincham, to OLD TRAFFORD.

Fondest memory: Manchester on a United match day. Awash with the supporters of United, who pack the bars to sing the praises of their team.

Favorite thing: Of course one of Manchester's most famous things if not the most famous has got to be it's football team. With people's idol's in like David Beckham, etc. The footall team is famous worldwide whether you like football or not! I personally have not been lucky enough to watch a football match live although my friends have told me how great it was, even better than on T.V!

Fondest memory: My fondest memory during my many visits is probably the rush. So many people and it's not like in a village or town the people varie even more in religion and everything! So many famous names it's almost as good as London but unfortunately isn't half as good as Cairo, although it is very close!

Favorite thing: See Old Trafford, home of Manchester United Football Club! The team are legendary, and the stadium is magnificent. You can tour the stadium and visit the museum, even if you can't get tickets to a match.

Fondest memory: Watching a game at the Theatre of Dreams.

Statue of Sir Matt Busby at the front of OT

There’s tons of information about Manchester United on their official website – www.manutd.com. As I’m not into football myself I’ve borrowed this picture off the site.
