  • Car parking for The Lowry

by pwhpwh Written Sep 25, 2011

I was visiting the Lowry Theatre for the first time and followed the car park signs to the Lowry Outlet Mill car parks. Evening parking for the theatre was £7.50. If you spent money in one of the shops you got 4 hours free parking ( a fith hour would cost £1.50).
The shops shut at 19:00 the theatre starts at about 20:00.
Make sure you are there early enough to buy something.

    Bridge Alert!!

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

When the bridge is about to be raised a warning alarm is sounded and the barrier gates with flashing red lights come down - so make sure you get off the bridge!
It wouldn't do to be stuck up high on the bridge as it raises vertically - especially on a cold day too!
