This pitch and putt course is 18 holes and is a bit of fun. It is based in a public park which makes it very informal and also very good value. It is very well kept for a public course.
It is based on the edge of town in Cheadle just opposite the big Sainsbury's and John Lewis, but it is a good afternoon's fun, I would highly recommend giving it a go, they provide clubs so you can just turn up.

If you are coming from a deadly hot climate (like Fes) you will be pleased to take advantage of going out for a good long run - check out the Tudor houses, the tight little gardens, cafes along Buxton - most of all, breath in that cool air.
You teach another to turn the other cheek and then - whack! SUCKER! The cheek comes off with a tiger kick/crane pecky combo.
