Hertford doesn't have a cinema but there are cinemas in Stevenage and Hatfield. There is one Night Club in Hertford - Zeros which can be found in Parliament Square. A number of pubs in the town have late licences on Thursday through to Saturday, including The White Hart, The Blackbirds, Baroosh and The Stone House. You will often have to queue to get in to any of these towards the weekend. The Snug bar in Railway Street also has a late licence and is also non-smoking.

This is easily the best night out in Hertford. It has 2 floors; downstairs is more chilled so you can chat, where as upstairs has a club atmosphere. It's a great crowd with a friendly attitude and friendly staff, including the door staff!! The music is commercial and offers a huge variety including rock, pop, indie, house, r'n'b, and other stuff too. You do need to get down early, 'cause there's quite often a que outside. If you haven't been before it's worth a visit!
Dress Code: Smart Casual. Most people were dressed quite relaxed.
